Speedy Spicy Tofu Noodles

Ingredients

For the crispy tofu:

  • 120g extra-firm tofu
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce

  • 200g ready-to-cook udon noodles
  • 2 spring onions, chopped

Method

    • Drain and mix with the prepared sauce

    • Place noodles in a bowl
    • Top with crispy tofu and remaining spring onion
    • Drizzle with extra chilli oil if desired
