Roasted Butternut Squash with Butter Bean Mash and Sage Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 small butternut squash
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 large garlic bulb

Method

    • Garnish with black pepper, lemon zest, and olive oil
