Filling
- 2 vegan sausages (e.g., THIS Isn’t Pork Sausages)
- ½ tin baked beans (about 200g)
- ½ ripe avocado, sliced
- Small handful of grated vegan cheese (optional)
- Sauce options: ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sauce, vegan mayo, sriracha

- 1 large wholemeal vegan tortilla wrap (gluten-free if needed)
Instructions
Scrambled Tofu Preparation
- Gently fry the garlic in a little oil until golden.
- Add all other scrambled tofu ingredients and mix.
- Gradually add plant milk for desired consistency and heat for about 5–10 minutes.
Burrito Assembly
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and warm the tortilla.
- Sprinkle vegan cheese on the tortilla and heat briefly.
- Remove the tortilla, add scrambled tofu and other fillings down the center.
- Add your choice of sauce.
- Fold the sides over and roll tightly to form the burrito.
