Ingredients

  • 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
  • 750ml (3 cups) vegetable stock
  • 1 can (400ml) full-fat coconut milk

Method

  1. Sauté aromatics:
    • Heat coconut oil in a large pot
    • Cook garlic and ginger until golden brown (2-3 minutes)
