- 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Method
- Cook the rice:
- Rinse and cook brown rice according to package instructions
- Prepare the chilli base:
- Sauté onion in olive oil until brown (about 10 minutes)
