Method
- Prepare the tofu:
- Preheat oven to 180°C fan / 400°F
- Drain and tear tofu into small chunks
- Pat dry with a clean tea towel
- Toss with cornflour, oil, and salt

- Bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy
